The staff are excellent. I only had one problem at this optician two years ago when the mangeress accused me of lying when I said I had left my glasses and she thought I was trying to get a free pair. I had left my glasses and the optician lost them. So I lost out.

I had a crying baby with me. No one was phased by her. They helped me while I was having my test and then offered me somewhere to feed and change her. That meant I could choose my new glasses in peace and not make any rash decisions.

Hayley helped me choose my new glasses went though everything with me she made me feel at ease always smiling Nikki and Jill were also very helpful nothing seemed to much trouble all the staff at boots opticians are fantastic would recommend them to anyone thank you to you all
